Migration from 6.1.3 to 6.1.4 cannot complete all steps

Description
- Migrate all file relations from tt_content.image and pages.media
- Migrate all RTE magic images from uploads/RTEmagicC_* to fileadmin/_migrated/RTE/
- Migrate all file links of RTE-enabled fields to FAL
Pressing the Next-button and performing the updates just gives me a blank screen.
The apache 2.2.22 (Wheezy) reports the same error in all three cases:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdmin() on a non-object in /var/www/mywebsite/typo3_src-6.1.4/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Resource/Security/StoragePermissionsAspect.php on line 76, referer: http://mywebsite.de/typo3/install/index.php?TYPO3_INSTALL[type]=update

Thanks for the report! There was already one today that reported the same issue #51733
Can you check if that change works for you and let us know?

The patch from #51733 resolved my issue.
I still get an error on the third step, because of some missing files, but I think that has something to do with old / damaged database entries.

Can you vote for the patch?
And your error seems indeed related to some old / damaged entries inside your database.
I will close this ticket as duplicate of #51733
