Description

After upgrading a website from 6.2.0alpha4 to 6.2.0beta1 or the latest Git version I get an fatal error in both FE/BE:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'TYPO3\Flow\Package\Exception\UnknownPackageException' with message 'Package "flvplayer" is not available. Please check if the package exists and that the package key is correct (package keys are case sensitive).

We could solve the problem by deleting the file typo3conf/PackageStates.php

Problem solved. PackageStates file had some bugs in the early betas.
