Extension manager - missing message when installing incompatible extension

Description
If we upload on the server extension that is incompatible with current TYPO3 version and click the icon to trigger installation, the list of local extension is just reloaded and the extension stays not installed. There should be some message to inform user that he was trying to install incompatible extension or prevent uploading such extension (but this wont work if user uploads it manually using some ftp client for example).

This would be helpful. Cost me some minutes until I noticed that the extension wasn't compatible with the current TYPO3. First I thought this is a bug.
