Description

Hi,

I have a recurrent error in the backend of TYPO3, it's a fatal error that shows everywhere in the backend (see attached file)

Here is the error :

Fatal error: Cannot inherit previously-inherited or override constant OPERATOR_EQUAL_TO from interface TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Persistence\QueryInterface in /opt/typo3/typo3_src-6.1.7/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Persistence/Generic/Query.php on line 35

Sometimes, when i restart apache the error disappears and everything works fine, but the error retrurns back some hours later for no reason.
Restarting apache doesn't make the error disappear everytime!

I use TYPO3 6.1.7 and PHP 5.3.7

I use PHP 5.3 and not PHP 5.4, the bug in the other issue is related with php 5.4.8 and up!!
All of our sites are on stand by because of this error!

It's about APC not about PHP itself

Please ask such questions in the forum or on IRC. More people are there to answer.
I can't tell you if this is a good version or not. At least it is a -dev version.

PHP 5.3.17 is rather outdated. Try to upgrade to one of the newest PHP version of 5.3, 5.4 or 5.5
