Update texts in locallang_db.xml without reinstalling the extension.

Description

If I change a text in the locallang_db.xml file I have to uninstall the extension and then install it again in order to see the changes. A simple flush of the caches in the BE doesn't seem to work.

That's really tedious specially if there are other extensions depending on it.

Well, please go to the install tool, section Presets and enable the developer preset.
You'll then see the third button.

As long as you fiddle around with your page, you should use the dev-preset. Once the page goes live, switch to the production preset.
