Auto fill-in Title metadata

Hi,
this would be improvement for editors, many images or related files already have correct name so why not auto fill-in that name in Title metadata (of course, not transliterated), or add that option with check box.
Example: in ext news editor have 10 related files, without any action he gets ugly transliterated names of related files, with auto fill-in everything would be fine, even if 1 or 2 files should be renamed, it is much easier to overwrite existing Titles instead of making new ones.

sorry, can you give me an example of "auto-fill" ? Do you mean that the filename should be taken as title?
