Hello,
there is an error in the FAL.
If I want to replace a picture, he will not accept the new image. Only when I change the file name, takes Typo3 the new image.

could you maybe describe the situation where this happens a little bit more? How can we reproduce the error.
Does this also happen in latest stable version of 6.2?
