Support for reverseProxySSL broken

Description
The introduction of application classes for entry points has broken backend support for reverseProxySSL.
ServerRequestFactory::fromGlobals() relies on $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SYS']['reverseProxySSL'] to determine whether TYPO3_SSL should be activated even though there is no active HTTPS session.
TYPO3_CONF_VARS, however, does not exist yet at this point in time.
Moving bootstrap->configure() to an earlier point should solve the problem.
