fileadmin - files can be deleted even with references

Description
if you use the extended view buttons inside the fileadmin and try to delete a file with references the list respond with an error message and does not delete the file. if you go on the detailed view for this file and use the delete button there, the file is removed even if references exists

after an additional review only the message on the list view is missing. very editor confusing... (even on the developer) :)

Thomas, can you tell me how to reproduce with the latest master? I don't understand what you mean with "detailed view".
When I use the filelist module > click on delete button > a javascript alert warns me that the file still has references
