When images are deleted but are still used in a CE - the backend doesn't show a placeholder - instead it blows up the interface by the size of the original image and the icons are thrown completely to to right (off screen picture nr. 2) - would it be an idea to show a placeholder (image not found) in a fixed size in the backend?

We won't fix this for the following reasons:
- The problems comes up when you delete files the core relies upon.
- In case you manually fiddle around with those files, it is mandatory to run the scheduler task that checks for missing files. Don't worry, you can run this every minute, since it runs about 3 seconds on 6-digit datasets.
