Problems with custom classes on tables disappearing

In our rtehtmlarea we have a strange error, when selecting classes in the table header and body dropdown. There are one class missing in each. But not the same one.
In our current test setup i have name each class in alphabetical order a, b, c and so on. And the classes the go missing is as fellowing:
In body it is "a Mørk baggrund"
In header it is "d Grå baggrund"
And i have tested if ø æ å, should be the problem. But even without those characters, the error is there.
