Description

Steps to reproduce:
Install fresh TYPO3 7.6.2 with IntroductionPack
Enable admin panel
Enable frontend editing
Create frontend user
Login as frontend user
Use admin panel to Display edit panels
In the edit panel of the page(!) click the "New CE Record"
Enjoy;-) the full window "Oops, an error occurred!"

Ok - the patch from there worked for me. FEediting with logged in FEuser is possible now again.
