Description

Hi, after having problems to clear the cache and make DI, it would be nice if the install tool has some function to check the rights of the db user.
Because, my user had only write and delete rights, but no the right to truncate tables. So the cache clearing will not work.
It would ne nice if the rights can check in the install tool.

The requirements to run TYPO3 are documented in the INSTALL document, not all of them can be reliably checked automatically, especially on different database systems.
With the migration of TYPO3 8/master to Doctrine invalid SQL commands throw an Exception which will provide more information in the situation that a command cannot be executed.
