Description

If TYPO3 runs in composer mode, the Extension Manager status reports have no data to work with, Thus, the reports can be omitted.

As discussed in a private slack chat there is the way to retrieve the extension list regularly by a scheduler task. As the report is one way to get informed about security issues of extensions i wouldn't dismiss it in composer mode.
