Description

When running MySQL 5.7 in strict mode filemetadata seems to fail with

ERROR => 'Field 'fe_groups' doesn't have a default value'

both in the File List and FE.

since the sql for the table sys_file_metadata is defined to
fe_groups tinytext NOT NULL,
