Description

After deleting a referenced image file I get a "No file found for given UID" error in the frontend for the page where the respective content element is located.

The Typo3 version is 6.2.27.

The log file entry reads:
Core: Exception handler (WEB): Uncaught TYPO3 Exception: #1317178604: No file found for given UID. | TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Exception\FileDoesNotExistException thrown in file / ... /typo3_src-6.2.27/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Resource/ResourceFactory.php in line 347. Requested URL: https://...

This happens on the Live server which is using the https protocol.

The Dev server which uses the http protocol delivers a broken image symbol in such a case (which is what I would expect).

Hi. Do you know if this issue still happens with TYPO3 8.7.x?

No feedback since the last 90 days => closing this issue.

If you think that this is the wrong decision and have more information about how to reproduce your problem on recent TYPO3 versions like 8.7 or 9, please reopen it or open a new issue with a reference to this one. Thank you.
