Insufficient information in the sys_log when checkStoredRecords is false

Description
Setting the property of checkStoredRecords in the Datahandler class to false leads
to insufficient information in the sys_log since $newRow is empty - this can be
improved by setting $newRow to the value of $fieldArray.
