CKEditor TYPO3 8.7.0 Usability Bug?

Description
If you set the textarea into "fullscreen" modus, the editor ist laying over the buttonbar.
So it is not possible to save the input directly (you have to switch again into the regular modus to see the buttonbar)
I think it would be better to display the buttonbar also with fullscreen mode.

Are you using CKEditor? Could you tell us what browser are you using and add a screenshot?
I am not able to reproduce the issue on Chrome or Firefox.

i'm using:
Firefox 52.0.2 (64-Bit)
Chromium Version 57.0.2987.98 Built on Ubuntu
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit)
changing the position from static to fixed with a top value of 65px looks right for me.

ok sorry :) I have understood it wrong... I thought that the issue was that the CKEditor bar were covered :)
Then the issue is reproducible on Chrome and Firefox on Mac.
