Inconsistent content error

Description
I am using Typo3 8.7.8 and have 2 Languages (DE/EN - DE is main). When i am copying content (which is translated correctly) from one site to another all looks good in first place but then i have to sort the EN content because it doesnt take the sorting it should get. When i try to sort the EN content it doesnt work and shows me green spots in the DE lang (Working in Languages view). When i am then try ro drop it i get an error("Inconsistent content").

Hello and sorry for my late answer; Could you be more precise about the steps you did to get the error? I have understood that one of the operations you performed has somehow "broken" the translate relation between the original elements and the translated ones, and that's why you got the "inconsistent content" error.
It could be great if you could add here a step by step guide on how to reproduce your error. Thank you!
