Problem/Description¶

After upgrading to TYPO3 9 LTS and also in a fresh installation, the language update command language:update isn't available as scheduler task anymore.

Since schedulable is not false, the command should be displayed as far as I understand the configuration. (If this is intended: add an important RsT)
