Wrong description for getRecordLocalization return

Description
The description of the getRecordLocalization method says in its @return annotation, that it will return FALSE, if no localization record could be found, with is not true, because it will return an empty array, if the QueryBuilder finds no results. It will only return FALSE, if the table is not localizable.
To be conform with the API, I would suggest changing that in a way, that the method will also return FALSE when no records can be found.
