extensionmanager [SYS][createGroup] ZipService.php

Description
Starting with the version 8.7.30 when you upload an extension via extension manager the parameter [SYS][createGroup], [SYS][fileCreateMask], [SYS][folderCreateMask] are ignored inside of directory extension.
Until version 8.7.29 it worked properly.
I make windiff betwen core 8.7.29 and 8.7.30 and i suppose the problem is ten new class
typo3_src-8.7.30\typo3\sysext\core\Classes\Service\Archive\ZipService.php
new used by
typo3_src-8.7.30\typo3\sysext\extensionmanager\Classes\Utility\FileHandlingUtility.php
