DatabaseRecordList: Drop property fixedL

Description
The property fixedL is only used once (see ElementBrowserRecordList BackendUtility::getRecordTitlePrep).
The removal of the second parameter fixedL in getRecordTitlePrep will not change the behaviour, as getRecordTitlePrep will use uc's titleLen as default, if no second parameter is set.
Therefore, the property fixedL could be removed.
