EXT:info fix array key undefined tsconf_alphaSort for PHP8

Description
When you open Info -> Page TSconfig (dropdown content frame) under PHP8 it thows the following error:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key "tsconf_alphaSort" in /var/www/html/typo3/sysext/info/Classes/Controller/InfoPageTyposcriptConfigController.php line 222
To reproduce the error you need to reset your backend user settings under "User settings"
