Fix array key undefined in Configuration Module

Description
PHP 8 warning in Configuration Module:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key "node_confVars" in /var/www/html/typo3/sysext/lowlevel/Classes/Controller/ConfigurationController.php line 105
This error only appears after you reset your user preferences (User Settings -> Edit and Advanced Functions -> Reset user settings to default state) and head back to Configuration Module and open a node.
