Workspaces custom_stages has invalid TCA

Description
TCA type inline has an option called "appearance", which is a configuration array.
But the sys_workspaces table defines the column custom_stages with the following:
'appearance' => 'useSortable,expandSingle',
This does not work and must be converted to an array.
