Bootstrap 5 dropped form-horizontal

Description
The core still uses the dropped form-horizontal class of Bootstrap 3.

This leads to form fields being displayed on top of each other instead of horizontally.
Example, if TCEMAIN.linkHandler.page.configuration.pageIdSelector.enabled = 1 is set:
