Wrong notation for value of allowedAttribs in Processing.yaml

Description
Contrary to the default configuration in EXT:rte_ckeditor/Configuration/RTE/Processing.yaml, the class attribute is removed within hr-tags in RTE fields when saving the record.
This is due to incorrect spelling of the value of property allowedAttribs. According to HtmlParser::HTMLcleaner() the value needs to be a commalist of attributes (string value) instead of an array as currently defined in the Processing.yaml file.
