Resizable stucture and inspector panels in form inspector

Description
In the page module it is possible to adjust the width of the page tree.
This would also be a useful feature in the form inspector.
If you create a complicated form structure or use long terms or values in the Inspector, it can be very useful to be able to control the width of the panels.
It could also give the stage section more space when editing in smaller viewports.
