[DOCS] Improve changelog for #97454 - new LinkHandler events

Description
When hooks stop working developers will in most cases search for information on the name on the hook
We should therefore list all removed hooks explicitly with the complete name.
in https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/74798 they are only listed in the changelog as
The hooks array :php:`$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['LinkBrowser']['hooks']`

The hook :php:`$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['LinkBrowser']['hooks']` provided two functions, see https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/11.5/en-us/ApiOverview/LinkBrowser/LinkBrowserApi/Index.html#hooks
