Currently, clearCacheCmd can only clear all cache, all page cache, or the cache of specific pages (the only exception being when you're dealing with editing page records). It should be possible to set a clearCacheCmd with a pid, so that the cache of that page and all it's subpages is cleared when there are changes in the page/sysFolder where clearCacheCmd is set. (issue imported from #M10893)
