The bookmarks menu in the upper right corner is lacking an icon for pages of the type "shortcut". See the screenshot. The IMG tags source attribute contains a path, but is lacking a specific image file (img src="gfx/i/"). I would expect the icon pages_shortcut.gif to be used, but it seems it isn't assigned. This bug is not new in Typo3 4.5, but rather has been there for quite a while. (issue imported from #M17635)
