If you are automatically logged out after a period of inactivity, and you re-login via the modalbox, it is not possible to upload files anymore. The dialog still works (e.g. select files, progress bar increasing), however after that, the following error appears: All of your uploads fail. If this problem persists, please try another browser, contact your administrator or disable this "Flash Uploader" in your User Settings. Detailed problem description: 303 You need to log out yourself and login the normal way, to be able to upload again. This error can be reproduced in 4.4.4 as well.
