When using frontend editing (feedit), and the setting "Display edit panels" is enabled is enabled, the Admin Panel, the edit panels, for each content element, panels are not showing any icons, because the whole styling is not there anymore for these panels. This makes it impossible to do frontend record editing using these panels (move,new,edit,hide,delete). Only the edit icon works. panels.
