Add code to typolink (linkhandlers) to cope with those special links to records.
The configuration to generate the links is to be defined in TypoScript.
The right handler is identified by asking all handlers if they are capable of handling the current identifier (tab-identifier), which is the first part of the link. (e.g. news:<table>:<id> or blog:<table>:<id>)
