Introduced with #20852 in TYPO3 6.2.15 is the generation of preview links for multiple languages. But if you have many languages it destroys the output, as the list is to long. It's also a bit confusing for editors. In #12970 Andreas Kiessling wrote already as solution: "One more thought about that: how about displaying a select menu with the allowed languages for the user next to the link and just use the selected value in the ExtDirect request? The sorting / filtering of the entries could be controlled by the languageOrder."
