The new editor in TYPO3 8 for Backend Layouts is pretty cool! But it has a usability problem. You can just extend new rows to the bottom, not to the top. And there seems to be no possibility to move rows up/down. So if I want to add a top column later, later I can't achieve this this, without hacking it manually into the database or rebuilding the whole backend layout.
