* Cleanup leftovers of "page".
* Use correct grammar, e.g. "Next step" instead of "next Step"
* Change finisher labels and drop downs to the following. Make labels and drop downs are the same:
** Send email (to you) -> Email to receiver (you)
** Send email (to website visitor) -> Email to sender (website visitor)
