With change https://review.typo3.org/c/55998 the possibility to modify a language pack mirror url as mentioned in [https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/CoreApiReference/ApiOverview/Internationalization/Translation.html#custom-translation-servers] [[https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/CoreApiReference/ApiOverview/Internationalization/Translation.html#custom-translation-servers]] is gone. We should add it again as this is/was a useful feature.
