The form framework should ship bootstrap 4 templates. Maybe we can check the stuff Benji does with the bootstrap package. Using v3 should be default and v4 can be turned on. This has been discussed with Georg and should be done for fpr v9 as well. The behaviour would be as follows: * v9: bootstrap v3 default * v10: bootstrap v4 default
