As an editor, I want to detect content elements in page module in a translation,
which are in an inconsistent translation state,
so that I can fix the language connection quickly.
h2. Acceptance criteria
* page module is used
* the warning 'Inconsistent content detected in language "xxx"' is shown
* content elements with no original language connection are highlighted

* two languages are configured
* the page was translated in translated mode
* allowInconsistentLanguageHandling is false
* minimum one content element in translated language has no connection to there originale language ("mixed mode" | l18n_parent === 0) mode")
