The t3editor is active for several TSconfig fields in @be_groups@, @be_users@ and @pages@. For the TSconfig fields field in @fe_groups@ and @fe_users@ the editor is not active. Although TSconfig has been deprecated for @fe_groups@ and @fe_users@ in v12, the t3editor should be active for affected fields in order to have a consistent user experience in the TYPO3 backend.
