Description
As an editor, I want to translate my forms without:
1. customizing the YAML file or XLIFF files.
2. Create a copy of the form for the target language.
There should be a translate button, like for records. Whether this is better placed in the Form Manager or Form Editor would need to be clarified.
It is also open how the translations are saved. One could use the variants or a principle as with the site configuration.
