Backend is loading itself recursively after logging in

Description

After upgrading an instance from 12.2 to 12.3, when logging into the backend with an existing backend user, the UI is broken and recursively calling/drawing itself.
This stops as soon as any module from the module list is selected.
It is fixed after opening the user settings module and just saving.

Reason: 12.3 can't deal with the old startModule setting of the be_user column uc.
Old/broken value: s:11:"startModule";s:15:"help_AboutAbout"
New/correct value: s:11:"startModule";s:5:"about"
