Hint for new URL-Segment is hard to read

Description
The hint which will be shown when I regenerate the URL slug is a black color with a dark green background.
This is very hard to read. In TYPO3 11 the background was a little bit lighter.
I suggest changing the font color to white, this is better to read.
https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/ tells me that it has a contrast of 3.91:1
