Markup of TYPO3 backend stored in localStorage for icons

Description
In very rare cases it may happen that a backend session is not valid anymore when an icon is loaded within the TYPO3 backend. If the icon is not in the user's localStorage, the TYPO3 backend login is stored in localStorage instead!
Easy steps to reproduce:- Go to user settings, "Reset Configuration"
- Open browser console and clear cookies and Local Storage
- Click on "Reset user settings to default state"
- See broken modal as in the attached screenshot
