Improve ElementHistoryController by showing users real name

Problem/Description¶
It's not always easy to find out the real person behind a backend user name in the history view. E.g. we have some customers, with usernames like r123456. They might be also cryptic if there is a 3rd-party user directory (like ldap) in place.
