Developers should be able to add their own Display Conditions.

'displayCond' => 'MY_EXTENSION:customValueProvider:=:1'

This is currently only doable by overriding the EvaluateDisplayConditions class.

Hi, using custom functionality should be possible using a user function (USER). See the corresponding documentation at: https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-tca/main/en-us/Columns/Properties/DisplayCond.html.
