File reference thumbnails shouldn't have a confusing alternative text

Description
The file references like in the media tab in the textmedia element only set the id of the file reference record uid as an alternative text for the thumbnail.
Even if the info "id=x" can be useful as a tooltip info, it does not add any value to screenreader users when trying to get the thumbnail pictures purpose.
