This ticket is the successor of #102379 because the other ticket is marked as closed, but the problem still (or again?) exists.

Drag & Drop without mod.web_layout.defLangBinding = 1 - everything is fine

Drag & Drop with mod.web_layout.defLangBinding = 1 - does not word
